3. Winner Selection & Notification:
3.1. The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries after the campaign ends on 25th October 2024.
3.2. The winner will be contacted by the By Samantha Melbourne team via email using the contact details provided at the time of entry.
3.3. The winner will be notified on 29th October 2024 via email, and the winner's name will be announced in the By Samantha Melbourne Facebook Community Group on the same day.
4. Eligibility:
4.1. Each participant must complete all required steps of the giveaway to be eligible for the draw.
4.2. Incomplete or incorrect entries will not be accepted.
4.3. Entries deemed fraudulent or inappropriate by By Samantha Melbourne will be disqualified.
4.4. Participants must be Australian residents, aged 18 years or older.
5. Response & Prize Claim:
5.1. The winner must respond within 7 days of notification.
5.2. Failure to respond within this timeframe will result in the forfeiture of the prize, and a new winner will be drawn.
6. Prize Details:
6.1. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other alternatives.
6.2. The prize will be delivered in the form of a By Samantha Melbourne $500 AUD gift card.
6.3. The gift card must be redeemed within 6 months of issuance.
6.4. The gift card cannot be used in conjunction with any ongoing sales, promotions, or other discounts.
