Refund policy
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
All BY SAMANTHA products are proudly made in Melbourne by skilled machinists. We design our fabrics locally and make all the garments sustainably for minimal wastage and low environmental impact.
We do not offer refunds, however we will offer an exchange if you are not 100% satisfied with your selection. Additionally, we also offer store credits for your purchase if you prefer to exchange at a later time.
To exchange, the following conditions apply:
Exchanges:
- Before you send anything, please contact us at hello@bysamantha.net to organise your exchange.

We do not offer a free returns/exchange service. Any returns must be made at your own cost and you must obtain and retain your proof of postage until you have received your refund, just in case your order is lost on its way back to us. We strongly recommend using registered or pre-paid post bags to ensure you obtain a tracking number as we cannot refund or issue credit notes for lost items.

Items must be unworn, unwashed and in the same condition it was dispatched to you in otherwise the return or exchange is void.

Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order, items requested for return or exchange after this space of time will not be exchanged

Exchanges must be returned with a reply-paid parcel then once received we will ship out your alternative items as you wish

By Samantha reserves the right to reject the return of goods which are not returned in accordance with our Returns / Exchange policy

Please allow 10 working days for exchanges and returns to be processed
Refunds
If you receive a faulty item, please make us aware at hello@bysamantha.net as soon as possible so we can inspect and offer a replacement item.
Once communication has been received, the item must be returned within 14 days from the date of contact to receive a replacement or refund.
Please note faulty items that have been worn will not be accepted.

Refunds are not available on items that were purchased on sale including purchases were a sale discount has been used
- AFTERPAY: Please be aware that if a refund is decided upon where Afterpay is utilised, the refund amount returned to the customer is less the Afterpay processing fees.
Discount codes / store credits :
As of August 2021, we no longer apply / combine a store credit and sale code together, these two functions can only be used individually and not in conjunction.
Discount codes :
Please be mindful that any discount code must be applied at the time of sale and will not longer be applied retrospectively or after an order the been placed ( August 2021) .
